These terms govern your use of the BNK Fit mobile app and this website, operated by BNK Fitness ("BNK", "we"). By using the app you accept these terms.

1. What the service is

BNK Fit is a fitness app offering exercise programs, guided workout sessions, camera-based form analysis and body measurement tracking. BNK Fit is not a healthcare or medical service; nothing in it constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

2. Health notice

• Consult a physician before starting a new exercise program — especially if you have a known health condition, an injury, or are pregnant.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath during a workout.
• Values like body-fat percentage and waist-to-height ratio are estimates; they are not medical measurements and are labeled as such.
• Form analysis is an assistive tool; it is not guaranteed to catch every mistake. Performing movements within your own physical limits is your responsibility.

3. Account

You can use the app with an anonymous session or by registering with email. You are responsible for the security of your account and device. You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Settings → Account).

4. Packages and access codes

Some features (body measurement tracking, 3D body scan) are tied to Basic or Premium packages. Packages can be unlocked with access codes. Codes are personal, non-transferable and may not be shared commercially; we may revoke entitlements in case of abuse. Corporate codes are subject to the duration and terms of our agreement with your employer.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the app unlawfully, reverse-engineer it, attempt to access its source code, circumvent security measures, or resell the service to third parties.

6. Intellectual property

The app and its content (images, voice-overs, software, brand) belong to BNK or its licensors. They may not be reproduced or distributed beyond personal use.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect damages. The risk of exercise-related injury rests with the user, subject to the notices in section 2. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version takes effect when published on this page. Significant changes are announced inside the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
