Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the BNK Fit mobile app and this website, operated by BNK Fitness ("BNK", "we"). The short version: we collect only what's needed to run the service, your camera footage never leaves your phone, we never sell your data, and you can delete your account in one step inside the app.

1. Data we collect

• Account. You can use BNK Fit with an anonymous session — in that case only a random identifier is stored. If you sign up with email, your email address is stored.
• Profile and preferences. What you tell us during onboarding: your goal, estimated level, equipment, any injuries, height and weight. These are used to build your program.
• Body measurements. Tape measurements you enter (waist, neck, hips, etc.) and the estimates computed from them (e.g. US Navy body-fat estimate). Entirely optional.
• 3D body scan (Premium, optional). When you start a scan, two photos plus your height/weight are sent to our provider 3DLook to extract measurements. The resulting measurements and 3D avatar are stored in your account. If you never scan, this data never exists.
• Workout records. Completed sessions, durations and form scores — so we can show your progress.

2. Data we do not collect

• Camera footage. Form analysis runs entirely on your device. The camera stream is never recorded, never uploaded and never stored anywhere. Only numeric results (rep counts, form scores) remain.
• Location data. We don't collect it and don't ask for it.
• Ads and tracking. The app has no ads; we use no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
• Contacts, messages, call history. Never accessed.

3. Notifications

Workout reminders are entirely local: scheduled on your phone, run on your phone. No data is sent to a server to deliver a notification.

4. How we use your data

We process the data above only to: run the service and your account, generate your personal program, show your progress, manage package entitlements and answer support requests. We never sell, rent or share your data for advertising.

5. Third parties

• Supabase. Our database and authentication infrastructure. Your data travels over encrypted connections (TLS) and is stored there.
• 3DLook. Involved only if you start a 3D scan (see section 1). 3DLook's processing of your photos is governed by 3DLook's own privacy policy.

No other third party has access to your data, except where we are legally required (court order, etc.).

6. Corporate memberships

If you access BNK Fit through your employer, know this: your employer cannot see your individual data. Who trained, their measurements, their scores — none of it is shared. Employers receive only aggregate participation metrics, and any metric with fewer than 5 contributors is not shown at all.

7. Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is open. You can delete your account inside the app (Settings → Account) in one step; this permanently deletes your account and associated data. No emails, no forms.

8. Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, art. 11) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing, and to learn who it has been transferred to. Write to destek@bnkfit.com.

9. Children

BNK Fit is not designed for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

10. Changes

If we update this policy, we publish the new version on this page and change the "last updated" date. Significant changes are also announced inside the app.
